Enter the username and password information provided to you by email into the login section to the left. Or enter username and password information into this page.
Once in the Client Center, you will be presented with the list of your Active Projects. To view the video files for a particular project, click the project title name.
Under the Project Files section at the bottom, click on the name of the file you want to view and the video player should load, the file will play after it has downloaded.
If you wish to save the file locally to your computer and were not prompted to when you clicked, simply read the following directions.
Windows (ME/2000/XP/Vista - Internet Explorer 5 or higher)
After you have clicked the file you wish to view, the video should play in Windows Media Player. Once the file download is complete, simply click File, then Save Media As... You will be prompted with a Save As window, select a location of your choice and click the Save button.
Mac OS X (w/ Safari)
After you have clicked the file you wish to view, the video should play within your browser. Once the file download is complete, simply click File, then Save As... You will be prompted with a Save As window, select a location of your choice and click the Save button.
Firefox: Web Browser (Windows & Mac OS X)
After you have clicked the file you wish to view you will be presented with a dialogue box asking if you wish to Open the file, or Save to Disk. To save, simply select Save to Disk and click OK, the file should save to your desktop automatically.
When completed, simply click the LOGOUT link in the upper right hand corner to end your session |
